Illiteracy!

Literacy has traditionally been described as the ability to read and write - wikipedia. Hence, illiterate or illiteracy is the inability to read and write. It has also been described as a 'human rights issue' where every citizen should and must be given the opportunity to learn and acquire the basic knowledge of reading and writing.

The focus group has always been targeted at adult illiteracy (UNESCO) and now we are bringing it to school children at an earlier age as early as 4 and 5 years old.
